I recently had a legitimately awful experience with tenants, and a spouse plus wife rented a small condo from me in Phoenix, Arizona. Although the condo was not luxurious or overly modern, I had made substitutes over the years, right before they moved in, I substituted the refrigerator, washroom vanity plus a/c… I painted the entire interior plus installed new floors. I could hardly stand to walk through the house, because it reeked so badly. At that point, I simply wanted to walk away from the responsibility. I was unwilling to spend lots of time, money plus effort to restore the house. I was far too discouraged. I distraught that I’d once again get a horrible tenant plus be left with an luxurious plus stressful mess; While I was eager to sell the property, I wondered how I’d manage it!
