I knew the owner of the company, because I went to university with the guy… Her dad owned the supplier before she took over plus the same thing was similarly tplot for myself and others plus our business.
I really thought I would do supplier with that woman for the entire time I was in business. I never thought all of us would have the type of falling out that would cause myself and others to choose a different company; About 6 weeks after the quarantine was lifted, I had a commercial task that was canceled at the last second. I had already ordered all of the supplies that I needed for the construction task. I abruptly had all of these double loop wire ties that I could not use. I had the type 304 double loop wire ties plus the type 316 stainless steel double loop wire ties. There was no way I was going to have room for all of that stock so I contacted the company to ask them to return all of the supplies. The SMS was not answered plus on the second afternoon I decided to call the owner of the supplier directly. She told myself and others that I would have to pay a restocking fee if I wanted to return all of the stainless steel double loop wire ties. When I heard that, I told the woman that I was going to take our supplier somewhere else. It turns out that ordering online is self-explanatory plus fast plus I save nearly $1,000 on every task.
