I need to sell property in Jacksonville, FL because I need cash for a hoarder property that I inherited recently.
Making cash for inherited property has never been something that I planned to do, but it just kind of happened recently.
Back when some friends of ours passed away, we found out that they had left their home in Jacksonville FL to us. This was something that was totally unexpected for us. Of course, we were very upset that they passed away unexpectedly, but we were also shocked and amazed that they had left their property to us. We have an inherited property that we don’t really know what to do with. Of course, we thought about selling the house for cash, but we did not really feel good about doing that so we rented it out for a little while. Finally, we decided that we were just not cut out to be rental property owners. We were basically over it and now I am sick of being a landlord at this point. Before we start to have rental property issues, we’re going to sell the place for cash. I want to find a real estate brokerage firm in Jacksonville to help us sell the inherited house for cash. I’m gonna feel so much better about everything once we finally get rid of it. I mean it’s not just about the money either. We would really like to get through this part of our lives because it has just been a very strange and sad time for us, that’s for sure.
